Property needs a little maintenance attention on minor things and better way to get access code upon arrival. Nice to have more outdoor seating to enjoy the forest

Location and size of the house

We like the property a little bit of house maintenance needs to be done. I let the owner know Nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Loved the location & wrap around porch. Was close to shops, dining & golf course. House was big & beds were all comfortable. We all enjoyed the large sofa, chairs & huge TV in living room.

Unfortunately, there were some things… The downstairs toilet by the washer/dryer did not flush properly at times, so we weren’t able to use it. The toilet in the master bath didn’t work well either but my husband was able to play around w/the chain in the tank & fixed it. We were there for 4 nights & ran out of toilet paper so had to buy more. The house was to accommodate 8 ppl but there were only 2 coffee cups & 1 cocktail glass. There were other glasses but they were all so small. They only had one corkscrew for the wine & it was broken. Thankfully, we brought one. None of the clocks in the house worked. We found some batteries in a drawer & replaced them so they’d work. We even bought C batteries for the coo-coo clock they have. They have a nice pool table but no overhead light. The two large porch chairs out front were very uncomfortable as they had no cushions on them so no one sat on them. And the back yard area was not taken care of very well. Just looked unkept. I just feel as a paying customer who had six ppl there & have stayed at other rentals, it should have been properly stocked & everything should be working. I understand sometimes things don’t go as planned & you make do. But I just felt there were too many things that should have been taken care of by the owners before they rent it out.
