Hoyt House Luxury Bed & Breakfast

The hosts/owners are absolutely fabulous! They are wonderful, interesting people, and we enjoyed meeting them and hearing some of their stories.

Staff (owners, family, and staff) were welcoming and hospitable each time we interacted with them, which was 2x/day for breakfast and happy hour and then again once or twice more. So, often! And they were always generous and friendly. We travel often and this was very notable to us. The grounds feel big and comfortable. Lots of places to be if you want to enjoy the outdoors but still be relaxing. The room was good. Bed was comfy and sheets were excellent. Our room had two adjoining rooms possible. Both doors were locked. But we could hear a lot through those doors if the person on the other side was very near to it. It was generally not an issue, but something to note. It was a perfect stay.

Beautiful, historic B&B in a great location within walking distance to a host of restaurants and shopping in the Fernandina Beach village.

Love this place and it's on my re-visit list. The host was amazing and please ensure you have the pancakes they are delicious. Looking forward to spending more time here when I come to Fernandina. The location was perfect and parking was great. Thanks again for the hospitality. I will be encouraging friends and family to visit.
