Hoyt House Luxury Bed & Breakfast

The location was in walking distance of the historic downtown with shops and dining offerings. Lots of ice cream shops. There was heavy traffic at the intersection next to the home. Breakfast was nicely done with table cloths and china. Loved the wrap around porch. Beach access was just one mile away.

Location was great and within walking distance of good places to eat and enjoy. Loved the porch with swing and seating areas. The gazebo made a wonderful place for pictures to capture our 51st anniversary!

Breakfast was very good but servings were large.

Great location to shops, restaurants and beach. Also a Beautiful House and property. The staff was awesome in every way. Went beyond to make you feel welcomed.

Breakfast was wonderful...too much good food, actually...when the owner realized I did not eat eggs, he made me something different the other mornings.

Loved everything about the place...it's on a busy road with lots of truck traffic, but the sound insulation is great so it didn't bother us.

Hoyt House was beautifully preserved as well as renovated! Each room was charming and comfortable. The grounds were well manicured with a fabulous pool area! Our host gave each guest a tour and description of the history of the home and of the renovations that had recently occurred. all were seamlessly recreated to feel like an original summer estate. The breakfasts were delicious with the owners personally making sure that there were no dietary restrictions. The happy hour was not missed by any and the camaraderie was great among guests and owners.
