Всичко беше прекрасно, бунгалата са чисти и имат всичко необходимо. Персоналът беше отзивчив и дружелюбен, с леки изключения. Изкарахме страхотно. Мястото е тихо, много близо до увеселителния парк и езерото и е подходящо за семейни почивки.

Понеже бяхме голяма група (около 20 човека) искаха предварителен check in, като настояваха да им изпратя документите на цялата група, което нямаше как да стане. Човекът на рецепция се подразни, че му се наложи да ни вкарва данните около час, просто му се наложи да поработи, а той май не беше свикнал. Басейнът работи само до 19 ч., но ни обясниха, че е заради системата за хлориране. Въпреки това в летните месеци това ограничава ползването му и донякъде разочарова децата.

"Gita a Gardaland tra le vigne"

Casa mobile molto pulita, esteticamente bella e funzionale. Sfruttato bene ogni spazio, nonostante la metratura. Ottima posizione, sia da Gardaland che dai ristoranti. Bellissima la veranda con tavolo e sedie esterne, sulla quale abbiamo fatto colazione. Giardino ben curato e piscina spaziosa e pulita, fornita di lettini ed ombrelloni. All'interno, spaccio aziendale di vini.....mooolto gradito.

Manca il bidet ☹️

"Eine wunderschöne, famillienfreundliche Anlage für Gardaland-Ausflüge."

Hochwertige Mobilehomes, schöne Gartenanlage. Pool ausgezeichnet. Lage direkt neben Gardaland. Parken großzügig und einfach möglich.

Zufahrtsbeschreibung war etwas kompliziert. Beim ersten mal findet man die richtige Einfahrt nicht leicht.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber 👍🏻

Die Informationen vom Personal z.B. betreffend Ein- & Ausfahrt mit dem PKW wurde leider nicht gegeben. Als man dann irrtümlich im falschen Ort einfahren wollte, weil man es schlicht nicht wissen konnte, wurde man direkt erzürnt darauf hingewiesen und mit 20€ Busse bedroht, im Wiederholungsfall. Solche negativen Erfahrungen könnten mit besserer Information beim Check-in verhindert werden. Auch am Pool wurde mit Argus Augen pingelig darauf geachtet, dass alles ruhig ablief - man fühlte sich dadurch etwas sehr unter Beobachtung, was schade ist.
