Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a clothes washer and a large fridge. The staff (though I never met) were very responsive via WhatsApp. Reserved parking in front of the apartment was great and was gated.

The location was undesirable to say the least. I'm new to that area but it seemed to be pretty run down neighborhood. There were no stores or anything close by. It's on the backside of some shipping facility. I took this hotel as it was somewhat midway between the airport and Milan. If you are not driving and have a family this is not an ideal location. I didn't look for public transportation so cannot comment on the accuracy of the description. There is also an expectation from the organization to leave the apartment clean and all trash taken out and separated by materials (paper, plastic etc). This is not ideal when you are visiting for a short stay with early morning flight and touristing all day. The beds were tiny but did supply four separate ones so it worked out.

Nothing was good

The room was cold withour air conditioner. They lied as like they are fixin it The didnt clean the room at day 2. Horrible The staff was not polite. Took as 1 hour to coordinate the entrace with the room. So expensive for what you give. Absolutely a bas experience.

It was not very convenient way to find keys. If you come evening the spot has low light. It happened that guest was going out and main door opened and finally I was able to get to apartment.

Beds were not comfortable at all. There are no food shops or restaurants nearby. 30-45 minutes walking distance to Fair and Metro Station.
