Koki's nest - Cozy apartment with terrace in Oldtown, near the beach

We really liked the apartment. It is very cosy and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the layout of the rooms and the small terrace with space to hang laundry. There is a washing machine and a drying rack. The area was quiet but still close to the old city centre. Parking is a bit of a problem, but we were lucky and found a space near the accommodation. There are various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Communication with the accommodation worked well, Marina was always friendly. There is also an information folder about nice places to visit. The ceiling fans were great and the air conditioning worked well too. we would book it again!

SUPER clean and lots of little Croatian touches like snacks, games and books to read. Extremely well thought out. Super comfy bed and lovely linen and towels. Everything you could want was there which made it absolutely perfect for our week long stay. The balcony was excellent and Marina was a delight to deal with too. Will definitely book here again on our next visit.

The place is super well located – you can easily walk to almost everywhere. The space is beautiful and full of great amenities. You have everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient. Our stay was excellent and we highly recommend it. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host provided all the information we needed and was very responsive and helpful.

Very good location close to city centre. Accommodation was a bit small and lacked storage space, however it was very well stocked with everything you could need. Host was very good with communication.

The property was clean, neat and tidy. It had everything including the toiletries, coffee, milk. Washing machine and clothing rack also. Everything required for people travelling was there. Amazing location too, a short walk to all main sights in Split.

Excellent location near to the Riva and all services, yet quiet at night.

Entrance yard rundown and slimy in the rain.
