Wha a gem! So lucky to have found this place. Juan is a wonderful host, the place is quiet and cozy and overall amazing value! Would 100% recommend.

Host super friendly. Very affordable for location and private double room. Quiet. Kitchen available to use.

Very few outward facing windows and in my room the window looks out onto concrete walls only, so it feels very contained, like a prison cell. So not somewhere I would want to spend a lot of time. But fine as a place to sleep for exploring the city. It's lots of stairs, like 3 or 4 flights, so not suitable for people who can't do that. It's very quiet from outside noise but depending on who is also staying in the other rooms you can hear a lot between each room, so if the other guests aren't quiet you are gunna hear them a lot. So it makes it feel less private than other places where you are not so easily overheard.

Estaba todo bastante antiguo, estuvimos muy cómodas y a gusto, pero las instalaciones eran algo mejorables
