"Worst stay ever"

Absolutely nothing! The appartement was dirty. full with cockroaches. the washing machine did not work. the shower only had cold water. on top they asked a service fee of 150 pesos per person per day. they lied about helping us and did nothing. it was a shame that Booking.com allowed this. we left the day after we arrived and told Booking.com. so far no money back

"False Advertisement of Unit Posted"

Location from SM Megamall and all other locations we require to go to. Nothing else.

Water Heater was not working. The building is infested by cockroaches due to its age. Unit is quite old and not up to par as advertised. Broken items: Dishwasher, Airpurifier, Electric Fan, Bed frames, Sofa, Door locks, Unmanaged Cookware/s, Kitchen Sink Faucet, Toilet Seat. Pictures advertised about the room is farce and not good for the money. Coordination between the Advertiser, Onsite Caretaker and Unit Owner are very difficult. The unit is NOT owned by the advertiser. Only one lift access card and unit key was provided.
