Cosy cottage in the heart of Pateley Bridge.

Location is amazing beautiful presented with many facilities above and beyond those expected

Would have liked to have seen a local facilities info pack , although a Wi-Fi code was provided , details of the Wi-Fi site weren’t so it was guess work

The location of the property is great right in the centre and access to free parking. The hosts have catered for everything the extra little touches were brilliant (games, vinyls,c.ds). Most comfiest big bed and everything was spotless.

Great location. Very well equipped. Good communication from owner. Enjoyed the vinyl and the board games. A welcome pack was also provided.

The location was lovely. Property very homely. Locals very friendly. Plenty of places to eat in the town.

For a small place, this was incredibly well equipped (and I've visited 100s), with not only games, books,CDs (and vinyl!) but also plenty of kitchen equipment. One slight downside (and hard to fix) is that with so little kitchen workspace, you need to be able to use the hob space, but even when it's not on it starts bleating at you if you rest anything on it. If a fold-down glass panel or wooden bridge was available, you would have more space to prepare a meal. There is copious hot water, a very good shower, and (rarest of all) plenty of space for toiletries near the washbasin

The location (in a tall narrow courtyard) means the place is inevitably a little dark, so you'll need the lights on. And there are also the odd, (though effective), 'singing' radiators. The downstairs one sounds like a distant aviary, while the bedroom radiator has an intermittent moped-revving burble which might disturb light sleepers.

location was perfect

Parking was a little tricky. Car park opposite was chargeable until 6pm so was ok over night but chargeable again at 8am. We parked on the street nest to the car park on some very faded yellow lines, easily contestable if unlucky enough to get a ticket though.

Cute, well equipped and had lots of thoughtful extras.

Bed mattresses and duvet could perhaps be upgraded.

Excellent property and lovely location. All very close knit. Other reviews surrounding parking are to me largely irrelevant. Overall a property that represented great value and an area that was reasonably priced.

Nothing really bothered me at all. I have an expectation of what I should get and this was met easily.
