MYI had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and incredibly accommodating. I especially appreciated that she even arranged a substitute to assist me when she was away, which showed great thoughtfulness and ensured everything ran smoothly. The apartment's location is excellent, and it's wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a washing machine and ironing facilities to a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. It really felt like a home away from home! The convenience of having a grocery store so close by is a huge plus, and I loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. During my visit, there was an internet outage caused by the network provider, and I completely understood that this was beyond the host's control. However, I was so impressed by how proactive and genuinely keen they were to help resolve it. They provided daily status updates until the issue was fully fixed on the third day, which was incredibly reassuring and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Regarding suggestions for improvement, if I were to offer one minor point for future consideration, it would be to provide a few more hangers. While there were certainly enough for my one-week stay, for a longer visit (perhaps 5 weeks), a few extra would be a very welcome addition. This is a very small detail, though, and absolutely did not impact my enjoyment of the stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this lovely apartment!
