GIA's Place

The breakfast was amazing every day with 6 choices of meals. Hot drinks are great and there is a water cooler also in the cafeteria for cold or hot water any time. Utensils ready in the cafeteria as well, plates and cups also present in the drawers. All facilities were kept very clean and staff are always extremely helpful with any questions I had about certain locations or assistance I needed. The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Television had Netflix and Youtube, many movies are available to watch during late nights. Rooftop access had comfortable chairs and a wonderful view during sunsets, great place to relax and have a drink as the location is just far enough away from the big streets to avoid the traffic noises. My partner had to work during the stay and the office table in the room was perfect for setting up a desktop. Staff were very helpful and carried the desktop and monitor for us up to our room. When visitors came the staff also helped us tidy the cafeteria tables after we were finished, very accomodating to our guests that had to park in the property. We will definitely book this place again next year when I visit again, both me and my partner were very happy and pleased with our stay.

Nothing, everything that we looked forward to or needed was present at the property. The only suggestion I would make is a larger bin in the room may be useful as we only had a small bin in the toilet. The staff gave us a large garbage bag when we requested for one and it worked well.

The property was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The comfort level was top-notch, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, towels, Netflix, and free breakfast.

Staff was excellent. Fenced in for safety. Located close to SM mall, within walking distance. AC worked well, Netflix was available on a large screen tv. Microwave and refrigerator with freezer in room. Rooftop access with seating to watch sunset or have a picnic. Staff even picked some mangos from a mango tree on the property.

Wifi worked well most of the time but occasionally went out. Breakfast was good, but could have a couple more options.

The unit was spacious. I was studying for exams so it was great that the whole place was quiet. Glad to have access to a kitchenette are for when I was feeling peckish.

I was attending a doctors' convention at at nearby resort where I had a room + all meals provided. I just wanted more privacy hence staying at GIA's. I definitely didn't need 2 breakfasts. I was hoping to get a discount in lieu of being served breakfast at GIA's but this was not an option. Hopefully, next time it can be.

Modern and lovely and clean. Quiet oasis in the middle of chaos. Handy for everything, restaraunt, shops etc

Somewhere to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. A very small detail.

Host is amazing, LOcation is nearby to SM mall so everything is just small walk away.
