"Disappointing experience"

The place was in proximity of my office

The room service was bad. They didn't provide breakfast on one of the days and didn't even adjust it. Rooms are not properly maintained. Fan not working, no one comes to tidy the room daily, no bathroom kit provided, TV never works, AC isn't controllable from the remote, bedside switches are not available on both the sides ( one is totally taken off), rooms that are shown in the web as deluxe categories aren't the same in actual.
