لايوجد شيء وصلنا الى المكان وقيل لنا من طرف خادمة انه لايحجز ولا يتم استأجاره ولم يكن لدينا اي صاحب بيت نتصل به تم النصب علينا بطريقة ما

Reservamos este alojamiento con varios meses de antelación y a un precio muy competitivo. Sin embargo, al llegar el día de la estancia no fue posible contactar con el anfitrión: no respondió a las llamadas ni había nadie para recibirnos o facilitarnos el acceso. Tras varios intentos y sin obtener ninguna solución, nos vimos obligados a buscar y pagar otro alojamiento de última hora. Entendemos que pueden surgir imprevistos, pero una comunicación mínima y una gestión adecuada de las reservas son fundamentales. Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y esperamos que mejoren estos aspectos para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por una situación similar.

Absolutamente nada

No nos alojaron, después de hacer la reserva, confirmada por Booking, llegamos al alojamiento y nos dijeron que no noS alojaban. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y volver a pagar.

We weren't checked in, even though Booking.com had charged our card in advance. The owner isn't responding to messages or calls. We knocked on the door, but no one answered. We asked the neighbors for help, and they called too, but the owner didn't answer. We had to find a new place to stay late that night. Booking.com isn't responding to messages or refunding our money. This looks like deliberate fraud.

Не сподобалося,що хазяїн приміщення ,недивлячись на поедоплату 100% просто не вийшов на зв'язок .тобто ми не попали в апартаменти. Хоча і знайшли їх. Нам просто ніхто не відкрив ,не відповів га дзвінки ,ні на смс повідомлення . Як рекомендація іншим -краще не їхати в це приміщення . Інша проблема-дуже важко знайти де воно розташоване . Район не найкращій ,далеко від центру і інших туристичних обтектів . Не рекомендую .

Nothing. I never got to the apartment as the owner never responded although I paid.

Never got the address. No one ever responded to my messages or phone call while I was stranded late at night l in Tanger on a holiday where all the hotels were full. I had to pay the taxi driver for roaming around the city struggling to find the address and ended up having to rent a room twice the price. Still waiting for a refund from booking for all this fuss.

Very nice and comfortable

The address shown is wildly wrong. The owner said the address cannot be shared and asked us to go onto a taxi. it’s so freaking dodgy so we needed up booking another hotel that day.
