great location , nice bedroom

the shower was mouldy , the bed pillows had white stains on and i sent a message to tell the owners but they never replied , there was no toilet roll either ,

The breakfast was not good at all as I had it at a restaurant (a cup of tea and a croissant every morning). The reception was bad. The linen for bed was never changed for five nights, except the towels which were changed once. WiFi was available for 30 min on 2nd day and discontinued until the last night.

For reception, the quest must receive the necessary documents (explaining the processes) before arrival at the B & B or hard copies be placed in the room for the guest to read. Bedding linen should be changed according to the stipulations of the B & B. Having breakfast at the restaurant should be mentioned on the advertisement of the B & B so that visitors can have a choice of booking, unlike just to say that the B & B offers breakfast. WiFi should be made available to guests and the conditions thereof be stipulated, instead of discontinuing the WiFi without notice.

The terrace

The steep steps upto the rooms. The smart TV that kept loosing signal. The remote for the TV needed new batteries. We had to swap them out of the air con. Wasn't expecting the room to be made up as info said every 2 days. If I'd of known this I'd have been more discreet with our belongings.

Kitchen was well equipped with required crockery and microwave, induction.

Shower area was very small. Bathroom needs improvement in terms of space between basin n pot . Shower gel was very limited for two adults. There were ants on bed. Not sure whether bed was properly cleaned before arrival. Floor was also feeling sticky. Taxi service is not available at property area. Bus stop was 1km away from property. Train station was 2.3km away. You need to step up stairs with luggage on your own for entry gate and also for room again. Guidance on transportation was not addressed by owner.
