The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We also liked that it wasn’t in a touristy spot and had a very relaxed vibe. There were still good places to eat nearby and a great beach and access to bus transport.

There wasn’t a view or outlook, but that really wasn’t a big issue.

"Prima appartement op een fijne locatie tegen een redelijke prijs."

De locatie van het appartement. Prima keuken en badkamer.

Voor vier personen zijn de zitplaatsen in de woonkamer wat beperkt. En het was klam weer, dat was in de woning goed te merken omdat de die zich wat lastig laat doorluchten.

Aitziber y Ascen fueron muy amables tanto antes de nuestra llegada como durante. El piso cuenta con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, y hay un supermercado a escasos metros. El área se presta para visitas frecuentes a la playa sin necesidad de planificar nada.

Es necesario subir y bajar escaleras para acceder al piso, y caminar en una cuesta para acceder al transporte público, lo que podría ser limitante para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.

Lo mejor del piso es su localización, muy cerca de la playa y alejado del bullicio. Buena comunicación con la propiedad y muy amables.

Buen precio para ser Donosti, pero el olor a humedad y a moho era evidente a pesar de tener las ventanas abiertas durante toda la estancia. La cafetera y la tostadora no funcionaron y la tv se apagaba de repente. La cocina estaba limpia pero encontramos una cucaracha mientras cocinabamos en l La encimera.
