Modern and new apartment

In the day of arrival ,somebody else was stayed in our apartment by mistake of the host, so we waited until they clean it .the owner promised compensation, but didn't keep the promise. The water drain in the shower is clogged...i asked the host to fix Afterwards he wrote that didn't find the problem The apartment is not so clean
