We were not at this apartment as there were plumbing issues and we were offered a different locale - a small fishers cottage in Raval Roig about 700 m from the centre of Alicante. Great location for beach and Castle. We stayed 56 nights! Fantastic.

Everything is perfect! The first place is its location. Close to main streets, bars, and restaurants. One step away from train station and C6 bus stop. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. You have all you might need during your stay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a week stay with family or friends. Good communication with hosts. very easy setup with the door code, it was great.

Missing hooks on the bathroom to hang towels, the toilet was screwed in so it could be wobbly when you sat down. Shower doors were not so secured and came out of the rails easily.

Couldnt wish for a better location

The check in system and the way the lock works might be a little confusing for older people. The terrace is more like a balcony, just on ground floor.

This was our 2nd stay at the property and would be our go to property for any future visits to Alicante. It is in a fantastic location near everything you might need but in a quieter street. The bedrooms are really spacious and the apartment is really well equipped.

There is no dish washer at this apartment but everything else makes up for it. It is also worth noting the balcony is in an internal courtyard so is great for drying washing and getting fresh air but not for getting any sun.
