Very spacious. Giuseppe is a very good host. He also makes excellent dinners and breakfasts. We enjoyed an excellent rigatoni dish with tomatoes, anchovies and small green olives. The choice of wines was excellent too. Try the excellent red Excelsior Langhe wine. You’ll love it. We visited the UNESCO heritage royal Savoy hunting lodge, just 10-15 minutes away. It was beautiful. Giuseppe came to our room and served dinner and the wine as well as scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. He also has a menu with several options but you should order ahead.

The only negative was no outside balcony or view. Of course, a balcony isn’t mentioned in the description. We stayed one day so it was fine. On the bright side, the room was cool when the outside was very hot.

The breakfast was amazing, we were asked what we wanted on arrival and we requested eggs and Bacon. We were also asked when we wanted to receive the breakfast and it came exactly on time. From the start, within moments of booking we received a quick message from Giuseppe the host. The arrival instructions were very clear and the property was easy to find. Parking was safe and was gated and locked. The whole neighborhood looked lovely and safe, a good location to stay. Giuseppe came to greet us personally and show us to our room. He speaks quite a few languages and was so friendly and easy to chat to. When shown to our room we were blown away at how amazing it was, and so much included. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and cooker, and also a very well stocked mini bar with very fair prices. A cold beer was most inviting. We also had bottles of water and some chocolates much to the delight of my son. As it was fairly late Giuseppe helped us to organise Pizza from the local restaurant, he actually called an order through, they came and delivered it and Giuseppe arranged payment and we settled up after the stay. How many hosts would go the extra mile to do this- incredible hosting - the best I have ever experience with my family. We only stayed one night as driving back to France the next day. The huge television was great and we watched a movie before bed. When it was time to go home, it felt like saying goodbye to a friend, and that really is testament to Giuseppe and his hosting skills. Even when driving he message us regularly to see if we got home safely. Thank you Giuseppe we really enjoyed our stay with you and your wife, the perfect hosts. We recommend this property to anyone - 10/10

Giuseppe was very nice and made everything easy for us. He is a very caring person. I totally agree with all the good reviews he had previously. Home-made croissants (really good, bravo!) and nice breakfast overall. The place is comfortable and the air conditioning was a must. Really good value for the price! Thank you Giuseppe!

Very friendly hosts. The host spoke English and was very forthcoming (even invited me for a beer - as I don't drink wine - and chat in their flat). Supermarket in walking distance. Great breakfast with homemade croissants.

It was a work trip to I-FEVS. The location is great hosts are very kind and attentive to their guests! All breakfasts were fabulous! Buonissimo!
