Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε σημείο που βρίσκεις τα πάντα πολύ κοντά σου χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο εάν δεν θέλεις να φύγεις από την περιοχή. Το σπίτι διαθέτει άνετους χώρους και παρκιγκ για ένα αμάξι στην αυλή.

Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με το καζανάκι στο μπάνιο το οποίο δεν μαζευε νερό πολλές φορές. Επίσης κάτι που δεν γνωρίζαμε είναι ότι το σπίτι έχει εσωτερική σκάλα και τα δύο δωμάτια βρίσκονται κάτω κάτι που δεν εξυπηρετεί πολύ αν έχεις μικρά παιδιά..
