Not very understanding

Booked last minute, they were unable to check in and did not offer a refund

The location is great, walking distance to most of the city, right in the heart of the action for bars etc.

Access to the apartment is via four flights of stairs. This is manageable during the day, but at night it becomes a serious safety concern — there is no lighting at all. A torch or phone light is absolutely necessary; without one, the stairs are practically unusable. It feels only a matter of time before someone is injured. Although the building does have a lift, it looked to be in such poor condition that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Inside the apartment, the wooden floorboards creak loudly with even the slightest movement. If someone gets up during the night to use the bathroom, it disturbs everyone else. Unfortunately, the beds are just as noisy, with constant creaks and groans that meant we were waking each other up throughout the night. The furnishings are also inconsistent. For example, one of the two living room windows had curtains, while the other had none. The bathroom suffers from the same issues noted in many other reviews: after a shower, water floods the floor. The problem could be solved easily with a simple rubber seal for the shower screen — a fix that would cost very little — yet it still hasn’t been addressed. Overall, the apartment feels tired and in desperate need of refurbishment.

Soggiorno non avvenuto!!! Arrivati nell'ingresso del palazzo, si presenta un degrado orribile, tra bottiglie di vetro rotte, preservativi sparsi per le scale e puzza di urine. Arrivati al piano dell'appartamento un corridoio/balcone vecchio messo male, apriamo il portone l'appartamento sporco, biancheria sporca. Precisando che il check-in doveva essere alle 15:00 abbiamo fatto ritardo di 2 ore, quindi c'era tutto il tempo per pulire, contattato il proprietario e mandato le signore delle pulizie dopo la nostra segnalazione. Eravamo lì in presenza di bambini e dove non potevamo stare assolutamente in quel posto, in quel appartamento, in quelle condizioni ... ci ha creato un disagio economico e morale! Abbiamo dovuto provvedere a trovare una sistemazione per la stessa notte e per i giorni successivi alla nostra vacanza (iniziata malissima), chiedendo un rimborso, ma purtroppo senza nessuna risposta! Non lo consiglio assolutamente!!!

La entrada al edificio. Parecía tenebrosa, pero luego el apartamento estaba bien.

Realmente me sorprende que Booking acepte el ofrecimiento de un departamento como el que se comenta, si bien el mismo se encontraba bien presentado, el edificio, el hall de acceso y los cuatro (4) pisos de acceso al mismo (el ascensor no funcionaba) eran vergonzosos, sucios, oscuros, vidrios rotos, paredes destruidas; realmente para mi familia fue una pesadilla, además el barrio no contribuía en absoluto, igualmente sucio, ruidoso y mal oliente. En definitiva, no pudimos disfrutar nuestra estancia en Budapest porque nuestro alojamiento nos predispuso mal. La recomendación a booking es que empiece a supervisar los alojamientos que se ofrecen en su página y que exija la publicación del barrio, el edificio exterior y su acceso, toda vez que de nada sirve (como ocurrió en este caso) contar con un departamento en condiciones si para llegar al mismo hay que atravesar un infierno.-

Really nice big apartment with every equipment u need. Nice central location, u can go everywhere by public transport or even by walk. Host was very kind and hepful, even left welcome drink for us 🤍 Balcony is very cute too.

I know it's not host's fault, but here are many bars nearby and if u are going with children, i dont recommend this place, cause it's really noisy place especially on friday, weekend. It's really hard to sleep on these days. People are drunk and shouting whole night.
