Simona was a lovely and very helpful host in close contact to see if we needed anything and to offer travel advice. This is a huge apt that you could live in for a while. Very safe, modern, comfortable, great light, excellent hot water, huge closets, lots of hangers, fully supported kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer. We used the washer almost every day and hung our clothes on the very large rack. The aircon is very strong in the two bedrooms and a rotating floor fan helps circulate for rest of the apt. It is soooooo close to station (less than 5 min) so we picked to do regional train travel. About 30 min to the center of the historic part of Bologna walking. Very close to a Carrefour and plenty of small markets. Veggie restaurant on corner, lovely Cafe Fratelli Romana very close as well as a highly rated Trattoria de la Serra (need ressies). Perfect for independent travellers!!

It all worked out beautifully!

Our stay at the house in Bologna was quite enjoyable overall. The property is very spacious, providing ample room to relax and move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the house was commendable, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with the kitchen tools. Some were not as clean as we expected, and a few essential items were missing, which required some improvisation during meal preparation. Despite this, our overall experience was positive, and we appreciated the general upkeep and spaciousness of the property. It made our stay in Bologna comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location to access public transport and even for train connections for other cities Very clean a lot of small grocery stores to access tipical food to cook at home. in the cornet there is a nice vegetarian / biologic restaurante with take away if needed.

No MicroWave and missing some oven tray to use in the oven

It is very clean and very suitable for family trip. 5 mins walk to the station and quiet at night.

Everything was great, especially the host, Simona - very helpful and nice person! The location is perfect. We were happy to stay in this apartment.

The apartment was clean, cozy and very comfortable and quite. Most importantly, it is close to the railway station and to the city center. Everything was within walking distance. The lady advised us how to get to the apartment most easily and welcomed us very warmly, although we arrived quite late. If I go back to Bologna, I'd like to stay there again.

It will be more convenient for both sides if the keys are handed over not personally. In other places the keys are in small box with a code next to the entrance.

Bright with lots of natural light, everything we needed, close to the station. The owner was super helpful and checked in with us to ensure everything was well.

The appartment was really super well located and very clean. Big appartment with 2 rooms, lots of space for storage, big kitchen, plenty of light, calm appartment, near to train station and center of Bologna by walking. Simona was the perfect host, always available for tips. Close to the appatment is Cuppi Cafeteria, do not miss it!
