Elegant 2-Bedroom Flat in the Heart of Vibrant Kemptown

We arranged a last-minute trip to Brighton, booking this apartment. We received email confirmation from booking.com AND the apartment to confirm our booking and the check-in time, 3pm. By 3pm, we still hadn't been provided with the full address or access information. We had attempted to contact them by phone and email but received no response. At 4.20pm, we received a message from the apartment managers/owners stating that the booking had been cancelled. They provided no explanation or apology. We were forced to find alternative family accommodation for that night, which took several hours to arrange and at great expense. Booking.com have been amazingly supportive, but the apartment managers have been diabolical. I would not recommend this apartment, and question whether this in fact a legitimate listing.
