Every thing good. Great location balcony was good, caravan was fine loved the idea of separate bedroom with a en-suite Lots of utensils to use. Great cleaning stuff to use. Tea coffee and bits was all there. Great.

Areas in caravan needs more of a clean and the quilt needs to be replaced with a winter one. The hoover is not the best in use The bin was very dirty.

Location was good .

Nothing everything was perfect

Facilities on site Location of Caravan. Having a Balcony for privacy. Caravan had everything needed. Staff on site were all very friendly and helpful.

Litter around the site due to seagulls and windy weather.

The local town of Rhyl was full of attractions for children.

We arrived and the wifi was not working. On description it stated free wifi, we did not receive a new wi-fi box until day 3 of our 5 day holiday. A pair of dirty underwear was found in the wardrobe and a bag of stale washing/bedding was found under the single bed in a black bag. The smell was disgusting, it had been there for a while. We also were not made aware that we would have to purchase passes for the park facilities. It was not stated in the description of the caravan, it clearly stated that there was a swimming pool and facilities to use. It would have cost our family another £100 to buy passes. Therefore we unfortunately were not able to use any of the parks facilities at all, which was extremely disappointing to us and our children. I spoke to the lady Kelly who manages the caravan, she was not understanding our situation at all. She completely dismissed everything I said to her and was very abrupt and suggested that we leave if we weren't happy. We had traveled 4 hours to get to the caravan, with three children, we were not going to leave as it would have caused more upset. We never would have booked this caravan privately if we knew we needed to additionally buy passes. We feel that it was a complete waste of money and that it is definitely false advertising on the caravan description.

The area we was in was fantastic everyone was friendly shops on and off site was in good reach and also abus stop outside the park was fantastic

Unfortunately we couldn't do swimming and some other stuff as you need passes for it and couldn't really afford them but other than that everything was brilliant

Me, my mum and my dog have just come back from 4 days away. Loved the decking area and all the facilities within the home.

The caravan was fantastic i personally loved the en suite bedroom, and the balcony.

Would have liked to be nearer to the amenities, but not a major problem
