"We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again."

Beautiful view and very quiet. Owner on property and very friendly and helpful. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, coffee, spices, olive oil, jams, dishes, etc. Nice linens. Parking on site. About 15 minutes outside of La Spezia. Easy to get to Cinque Terra.

No ac and no fan in the one bedroom and the fan in the other bedroom was broken. However, the owner thought we had it working and was apologetic and said she would have provided a floor fan. She also stated that she will be adding ac in the fall. The twin beds were small and not American size.

"Overall decent stay but with some concerns."

The view was great. The size of the property and available parking were good. The host and her sister were very kind and easy to deal with.

The property was tired and not everything worked as expected. Fans were wobbly and squeaky and wouldn’t stay on. The view was great but it was above a parking area which was next to the bedroom as well. Needing to leave the windows open due to heat and faulty fans resulted in some excess noise and bugs.

The property was huge and clean. From the balcony we had a wonderful view to the Ligurian see. Our guest was kind, helpful and flexible. The latter one was crucial when we only arrived at 8 p.m. on the first day. She also waited us with list of recommended places where to eat, which beach to go and where can we find a parking lot in the crowded 'downtown'. A wonderful beach, named Baia blu, was also close. Although it took app. 15 minutes from the mountain to get there on foot it, it would have only taken 5 minutes by car.

I couldn't name any drawbacks.

very clean arranged for us to have some little extra bits for breakfast, fruit juice, water which was a really lovely touch.

it was a little difficult to find.

- amazing views from the terrace - two bathrooms go with two bedrooms - old but decent shower - decent facilities such as dishwasher and washing machine - very friendly and helpful host - uphill location of the apartment: nice walks guaranteed

- squeaky doors (it was a bit uncomfortable in the evening)
