GBI’d had this booked for about a year I didn’t know until I got there that had only booked a room and a family lived in the apartment

Cleanliness could be a little better, bathroom looks dirty and slightly damaged, dust all over in bedroom. No proper lock on bedroom door. No spa as detailed (not expected but shouldn't be advertised). Bathroom separate to room so have to walk through communal hallway. Loud Room on main road.

AUGood location, host helpful and friendly. Access to a shared kitchen although we didn't use. Simple room, private bathroom a bonus in this price range.
Bedroom door didn't seem to be lockable from the inside. Some noise from nearby road till late in the evening.
