The appartement is very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there. There is 2 grocery stores in the street. One just across and the other one 2 minutes walk down the street. The owners respond quickly and are very helpful. Adeje is a nice town with a beautiful viewing point next to the church and more uphill there starts a hiking track. We recommend to hire a car so you can explore the island easy. Its free parking around the appartement on the streets.

The only thing a can think of is that the appartement is in a street with restaurants. We find that not a problem at all, but it can give some sounds.

+ Hospitality of Adal and Loreto. Great hosts! + Very central. But might be very loud to sleep if you open the windows. Consider to buy earplugs. + Terrace with amazing view + Enough space for storing clothes + Cleaning of the apartment initiated by the hosts during our long stay

- The apartment was not perfectly clean upon our arrival, especially toilette. But the hosts reacted immediately and sent a cleaning lady to us. - A huge disappointment was, that we have not been informed prior our arrival/ booking about constructions taking place in the building where our apartment is located, at the building to the left and at the building to the right. The noise is very loud, but also the shaking is enormous once the works are performed in the same building (starting at the very early in the morning around 8 a.m.). Due to the fact, that the construction in the same building was triggered out by the hosts, we met an arrangement and agreed that they will stop the works until our leave. However, this information mist be shared prior booking the apartment! - Basic stuff e.g. sponge for washing the dishes, hand soup, toilet paper (there have been only 1 roll available), only two garbage bags for two weeks, general chemicals for cleaning. So consider to buy all this on sight. - It was difficult to find a parking slot at the evening and on some days. On some days (especially when the theater in Adeje had a show) we spend around an hour looking for a parking slot.

This is a very well equipped and immaculately clean, spacious apartment. Good shower and great living space/kitchen. Very convenient having a dishwasher and washing machine. Well located for restaurants and very close to a small supermarket. We loved being in an authentic town rather than in a tourist hub.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms but we still found it too warm at times. Not all of the apartments have access to a terrace or any outdoor space. Parking very close to the apartment is difficult but we always managed to find a spot not too far away so not really a problem.

Helpful host, spacious apartment and interesting location

Air Conditioning was only in the living room and wasn't able to cool the bedroom(s) effectively.

Even though small town Adeje is very close to south crowded turistic cities, Spanish charm still remained here. We didn't have a problem with a parking, in the middle of October it was easily to find it. Shops and restaurants are next to building. The hosts were very kind, they recommended some good places to eat. The bed is great.

Details in terrase and overall in appartment. Colors are not so vivid, lacking warm tones, not so cozy atmosphere.

Soap in bathroom was missing. Bag to bin would have been usefull since we stayed longer and cooked daily.

Loved the apartment!

Firstly I would definitely appreciate a very quick response after booking, we were in the northern part of Tenerife when the fire started and had to get away quickly from the evacuated area. I booked the apartment around 1pm and we were checked in two hours later. Furthermore, our hosts were very helpful when our car was towed away due to roadworks starting, which we hadn't noticed. Otherwise a place to park is always found. The apartment is nice, absolutely clean, with air conditioning and a terrace to sit on. The photos are absolutely true to reality. The stairs are a bit steep, but we didn't mind that much. Close by car to the beautiful Dugue beach. Close to several restaurants and a supermarket.
