First and foremost, very helpful staff. I’m very grateful for the assistance of the host/person at the welcome desk.. I forgot to ask his name but he really helped me throughout my stay and was like my father figure, I felt very safe and comfortable and whenever I had any doubts, he helped me understand the workings of transportation and other places to visit. Very much thanks to him. 👏👍 namaste 🙏 The place: the location is very nice and has great accessibility to all important spots. All eateries and beaches etc (like promenade, Puducherry beach, rock beach etc all within 3km) The room: very pretty!!!! Love the vibrant yellow walls and fun facts on the wall. Spacious room with basic facilities available. Felt homely overall. Thank you so much for accommodating me!

The manager was rude and lacked manners - refused checkin as the booking portal discounted fair for his own property was not acceptable for him ! Had to call the call center and they had to pay him extra to allow my confirmed booking valid which is a very odd way to do business especially keeping customer waiting . Once the call center made payment the manger was overly polite and tried to be apologetic but the experience was soiled
