Der Blick Richtung Meer vom Balkon aus war für uns sehr wichtig. Die dazwischen liegende Bahnstrecke war für uns nicht so störend, weil unser Sohn gerne Züge schaut auch die Lärmbelästigung hielt sich in Grenzen. Kurze Wegstrecke durch die Bahnunterführung an den Strand. Eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft war sehr vorteilhaft. Gleich am Eck gab es eine ausgezeichnete Gelateria und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem kleinen Spar Markt.

Das Bad kann für manche Leute sehr beengt sein.

Die Lage zum Meer ist keine 100 m entfernt. Ausflüge mit dem Zug in die nächsten Städte sind sehr günstig und schnell zu machen. Die Wohnung hat einen abgesperrten Parkplatz. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Durch die Lage an den Bahn Gleisen sind die Züge in der Wohnung deutlich hörbar.
