"The place is beautiful but the cold shower and cold nights spoiled the experience"

The place is a definite 10 but I think they need to provide heaters or aircons especially in rainy/winter season. The under floor heating was not effective.

Our room had no aircon or heater so it was cold at night. Under floor heating didn't make a difference, it was cold throughout the night, Improve on communication with the guests because there was no hot water meaning we had to take a cold shower.

The aesthetic, focus on wellness, the quiet and peaceful space and nature

The food, the staff, the attention and the kindness to my children ( they could do with connecting better with service providers, and they could up their pace a bit)

I love the natural and wooden deco of place. The neutrals just make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. It’s quiet and peaceful.
