Great Location! Excellent design. Clean, fair price! Only cons if you are older to carry your bags up to 3rd floor ( each floor are higher than average buildings, so like 5th floor) this place might not work for you, since there is no elevator!

"Cosy loft in the centre of the party district"

Apartment is very cosy. Underfloor heating is amazing! I would stay here again

Shower was dirty. Toilet had restrictions and weird flushing. The entrance area of the apartments is very ugly.
