Despite having made a reservation through Booking, the hotel neither checked the information nor responded to messages. We ended up waiting for over an hour after arrival and only managed to check in after extensive efforts. I have never encountered a business with such poor service awareness. Additionally, the bedsheets and duvet were unclean, with a musty smell, and the kettle was dirty, covered in thick scale. This was an extremely poor experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
