"It was good and comfortable but not up to my expectations"

It was comfortable

Not the room I saw and booked based on the picture, cupboard under the sink had a bad smell, no washing swabs- luckily my aunt had one in her bag, the balcony was very dirty and the second bathroom window had no handle to close it

It was spacious

Hardly any kitchen utensils. Dirty. Not enough cups, plates or cutlery. Everything in the flat was cheap. Lumpy pillows and duvets. No running water for the first 24 hours and then no electricity for another 8 hours.

The neighbours downstairs had a party the whole making noise. I think the place needs to enforce rules on noise levels.
