The Guest Suite, Buttsfield Lane.

Lovely suite with super host. Quiet rural location, but only 35-40 mins from the Newhaven ferry. Breakfast was great. Off road parking

N/A although the last few hundred yards were a a bit tricky in the dark (the host went above & beyond making this simple to navigate!).

Hosts friendly and helpful. Facilities warm and comfy. Lovely breakfast Lovely area to stay . Would definitely use again if in the area.

Lovely quiet location down a little lane. We liked the private guest entrance and the fact that it has a separate area for coats and shoes and also a nook with table and chairs, kettle and everything ready for a help yourself breakfast. Plentiful supply of fresh milk, teas, coffee, jams etc. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Lovely views out onto the garden. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The owner Fran is so welcoming and keeps the suite spotlessly clean . We were so impressed and will return.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean , hospitality was friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating of my gluten-free and dairy free dietary requirements for breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing place , great location.

The breakfast was plentiful and with choices and was served in a very nice kitchen area next to the bedroom. The accommodation had a private entrance and the property is down a quiet lane, so very peaceful. Fran the owner was really lovely and very helpful. The bed was so comfortable!

Fran was very very attentive, caring and welcoming. We had a lovely one night stay and will be booking again if in the area.

Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Exceptionally warm which was very much appreciated as it was in November, cosy, nothing extra to ask for as everything had been provided. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience to stay at THE GUEST SUITE. Highly recommend, would not like anybody else to miss out on this little Gem in a beautiful Sussex village of East Hoathly. Would return.
