2BR Mactan Beach Condo, La Mirada Residences

I really like the location of the building, as it is located within some kind of a subdivision which provides a quiet and relaxing environment day and night. There are also three hotel/resorts that are in walking distance. The unit we stayed in was clean, and the guard was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was also nice our kids loved it, and there weren't many people during our stay. Overall, our experience during our 2-night stay was excellent, and we have no complaints.

Most of it is perfect, from security guard who is very helpful. Unfortunately the location is not easy to locate even you are using Google map because some of the road closure. The place is perfect and clean unfortunately didn't able to sleep in double bed room because of the noisy of the aircon. I'm trying to close it but it doesn't work. Place is lovely and peaceful.

Very nice condo to accommodate a large family with enough kitchen tools to cook good meals. Very close to the Vistamar resort that offers day use with meal included that gives access to a private beach and beautiful pools for a very good price.

La Mirada is not very well connected to the main street and most taxi or delivery services don't know the place.
