"Exceptional customer experience. 20 points in 1-10 scale"

We needed early checkin to leave bags and go to the fair. As the apartment was still busy the host showed up at the train station where we arrived from the airport and he took our bags that were waiting for us after the fair at the apartment. Exceptional customer experience!

Lovely spacious and comfortable property in great location - like a home from home. Everything needed was there.
A welcome folder with guest information would be helpful. Recommend putting air conditioning in second bedroom (it is everywhere else).
