"Absolute Gem"

What a gem this place is! Incredible place to stay. Very very clean, tastefully decorated and the bedroom and bathroom were to die for. It was amazing for what we needed. Ideally situated, easy to find, parking close by and cheap. We will deffo stay again. Really class accommodation.

"Bank Holiday stay"

Couldn't fault the property, my partner and myself, planned on goi g for food and drinks in the high street, however on getting to the property. We liked it so much that we stayed in for drinks and enjoyed the comfort of this lovely place

Loved the location and the quirky artefacts. Loved the metal bath and the comfortable bed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the Yarm High street was just around the corner.

"An oasis of stylish luxurious calm that made my work stay feel like a luxury mini-break!"

Staying here was such a treat. A cosy and beautiful bolt hole filled with luxury touches and gorgeous furniture and fittings. The bed was supremely comfortable and the bath in the bedroom was better than a spa. The kitchen was lovely and contained everything you could want and the whole house was scrupulously clean.
