Positiv: Günstig und der Mann, der uns empfangen hat, war freundlich.

Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Der Ort an sich hat Potenzial. Aber eine Renovierung ist dringend nötig. Und die Matratze MUSS DRINGEND gewechselt werden. Der Teppichboden ist dreckig, Bad auch. Toilettenpapier wurde erst nach Anfrage gebracht, war aber am nächsten Morgen wieder leer. Scheinbar haben die anderen Gäste es wohl gegessen, ich weiß es nicht. Reicht auf jeden Fall nicht. Müll wird viel zu selten geräumt, Schalldämmung gibt es nicht. Und, die Zimmern sind direkt unterm Dach, Klimaanlage existiert nicht (obwohl in der Anzeige angegeben). Es war sehr heiß. Der Ventilator half da nicht wirklich. Ach so, und bei Ankunft werden nochmal 5€ pro Person verlangt - Reinigungsgebühr. Wofür?

Na aanvraag hebben ze een extra fan gegeven want het was erg warm

Er was geen informatie over bed linnen. een paar dagen voor vertrek heb ik een bericht gekregen dat we ook voor beddengoed betalen

Elhelyezkedés. Közel van a villamos.

Szét volt teljesen szakadva a takaró huzata és mellette még kellemetlen szagú is volt a párna és a paplan huzata is. Nem valószínű, hogy ki volt mosva. (A törölközőnek öblítő illata volt, de sajátot használtunk) Az ágyakban 5cmes matrac volt, kényelmetlen és annyira recsegett az ágy, hogy minden moccanás után felkelt az ember. A tv távirányítóban elem sem volt. A padló és a bútorok vastagon porosak voltak. A villamos vonal közel van nagyon és elég zavaró. Klíma nincs a lakásban így egy kicsit meleg volt.
