View.ul oferit este superb asupra Granadei pe zi si noapte, in apropiere de centrul istoric. Casa este bine compartimentata si echipata cu tot necesarul aferent.

Amplasarea poate fi mai putin placuta fata de cele uzuale, unde mirosul predominant a fost de weed. Vecinii sunt diferiti, dar nu am avut nici o problema cu acestia.

La declaración

Todo. Casa llena de humedades excepto 1 habitación en la cual tuvimos que dormir TODOS ( éramos 6,2 adultos y 4 niños) ya que mi marido y 2 de mis hijos son ASMÁTICOS y dormir con semejantes humedades es totalmente incompatible. Zona bastante movidita, por decir algo, ya que la primera noche nos golpearon la puerta a la 1 de la madrugada dándonos un susto tremendo teniendo que salir a ver qué era lo que pasaba. Gritos de todo tipo y gente hasta las 2-3 de la madrugada. Olor a marihuana 24/7 ya que es El aroma del barrio ( dicho por los vecinos). El garaje es más bien para motos. .... Intentamos guardar nuestro vehículo y acabamos rozando la puerta del copiloto. Olor a desagüe en toda la planta baja donde se sitúa la cocina y salón...... No pongo más fotos porque no se puede.

La casa estaba estupenda, bien equipada y cómoda A pesar de estar en una zona bastante concurrida, no se escuchaban ruidos

La verdad todo muy bien, muy cómodo y aseado, la casa está muy linda

Lo único es la zona en la que está ubicada, huele mucho a🌿

poor comunication, missing amenities (hair dryer, no internet, no bidet), owner claimed that the amenities are in another bathroom which was accidentally locked by cleaner, however he made no effort to solve the problem or apologize. he wasnt able to fix the wifi either. the area looks rough wth people drinking and smoking drugs on our door step, children ringing the bell and running away. lots of noise until 12 pm.

Accommodation itself is as the pictures show. Mattresses on all beds were good quality. The house is lovely, the location not so much. From reading other reviews we knew the car was too big for the parking provided. Parking on the street was easy.

Loud neighbours adults and children sitting on the front doorstep until the early hours of the morning. Traffic constantly stopping outside the house until about midnight. Didn't use the rooftop patio because of the strong smell of marijuana. Apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants being there. We arrived at about 4:30pm. Once we complained the contractor was fairly quick to arrive, but didn't have any clean bedding or towels. She had to wait for her boss to bring them. She left at 8.30. it was too late to settle in and explore so had to arrange a take out. Waste of the first evening. Door opening system was confusing, but the hosts were responsive to sort it out.
