Fully equipped apartment for 2 people, close to the historic old town.

The glassware and the cutlery were dirty (had to re-wash them). The towel that was supposed to be used (step on) when coming out of the shower, has already been used. The street and the apartment is very noisy, no soundproofing at all.

I liked it was clean and had two washrooms both ap stairs and down. The location is close to the city center but a little far from the train station and provides basic facilities for your stay .

The hot water was not available during the shower and I had to take a shower with cold water, that was not nice. Secondly, the noise from the street was too loud and couldn't really sleep well because the window where not sound proof and you really wait until the traffic on the street was reduced to sleep. Thirdly, the internet was super slow

We liked everything, 2 bathrooms is a big plus, very beautiful furniture, there are electric appliances for all occasions, wine tasting in the house on a ready We loved our stay Location is awesome, 7 min to the central square and the symbol of Catania

Home was good, clean, and the communication with the owner was good. Location was good-Near city centre

Outside, near the house, was not clean, at the street Garbage was piled up.

Apart from the friendly owner of the accommodation, I don't see any positives about the accommodation. The location in which the apartment is located was terrible, right in front of the accommodation, there were piles of garbage thrown on the ground, around which hornets were flying. There were ants coming out of the socket in the accommodation and we found a bug in the bathroom, while all the towels smelled. Every step from the street can be heard, so we had absolutely no sleep at night. Breakfast was served in the form of 20 mini croissants and buns, 10 boxes of jam and 5 boxes of milk, so in this presentation I would rather not put breakfast on the menu at all.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 2 bathrooms and 2 ACs are a very big plus. It was easy to find the location The communication with the host was very good!

Nice bedroom, bathroom and alright cooking facilities.

Very noisy overnight, as nearby a main road. Suggest bringing earplugs. The 'Breakfast included' had limited choices - packaged croissants/crispy breads and jam which was not enough personally and had to buy more stuff.

The location is only plus of this apartment. It is close to city center. Owner try to maintain cleanliness and provide clean towels.

The pictures of advertisement is very nice, but in reality is not. The apartment is 2 floors, on first floor is dining room/kitchen combined. On 2nd floor there is a bedroom. The first floor does not have any window, only entry door. When it close there is no air in the room. The premises is very old windows and the door do not have sound isolation. The city is very noisy and all noise is in apartment. The stairs to 2nd floor is very dangerous. 2nd floors ceiling height is approx. 1.8cm. This apartment is not suitable for families with small kids. Hard to find a parking place on street. Generally, for me/my family it was not good place to stay.

Cleanliness of place

Noise. Property would do with some sound insulation since at night it may become challenging due to constant noises from neighbours.
