The location was excellent. You had all you needed in the apartment.

There was a mouldy smell everywhere in the apartment. The basement bedroom was cold, no windows and there was mould on one of the walls. No mirror or dressing table. There was no parking available and the nearest car park cost between €25-€40 per day. The apartment could do with a lick of paint and some pictures to make it homely.

Zentrale und ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Problemlose und prompte Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoß ist zwar fensterlos, aber für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt.

Non c'era colazione inclusa, a meno che ci sia stato nascosto, ma non credo. Buonissima gestione, infatti Diana è stata sempre più che disponibile a fornirci tutto quanto necessitava e anche cio che non era presente come alcune cose in cucina. Ci ha cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non appena glielo abbiamo richiesto. Quindi mnolto efficente e disponibile

Purtroppo, ma non è imputabile alla gestione, l'appartamento è un pò scuro, con poca luce dall'esterno, seppur dotato di una chiostrina che però si affaccia su quattro muri ravvicinati. Invece quello che abbiamo trovato insufficiente è stata la mancanza di un vero tavolo dove poter non solo mangiare ma appoggiarsi per fare del lavoro al computer. L'affitto di un appartamento per un medio-lungo periodo non può prescindere da questo importante pezzo di arredamento. Lo abbiamo richiesto specificando che ci era scomodo avere solo un tavoletto come prolunga della cucina, oltremodo scomodo, e che, con 4 sedie a trespolo altrettanto scomode, se si ha anche bisogno di usare un computer. Mi spiace ma questa mancanza non è passata inosservata ed ha il suo valore negativo
