Inapan Masdar - Mumtaz

Location convenient, close to UUM. Many restaurants and food stalls nearby, easy to find meals. Easy access and close to main roads.

Our stay was extremely dissapointing and nothing like in the pictures shown online. Poor cleanliness, berpasir, banyak ulat dinding, kamitetep dekat setiap penjuru dinding. Strange STAIN on the mattress (the stain still on top of bedsheet cover). Facilities did not match the listing, no carpet or wardrobe as shown, no air conditioner in the living room. Curtain partially detached tapi tak fix during our stay. Sejadah penuh dengan semut. No proper house gate (gate seemed broken and was just placed against the wall near the parking area, even though the main door was locked but still..) Water supplies issues in the morning since 1 am to checkout time (on the date we stayed) Wanted to upload more, but booking.com only allow 4 pictures :/ The way owner approached us felt awkward and not very pleasent, sorry. Overall, the actual condition jauh berbeza dari yang dia advertised.

Easy to find the homestay. Good location. It was big house, can accommodate many people and comfortable

The place need a little clean up , and cat was wondering around the house which kind of disturbing.
