“MiniPalais” apartment in the heart of Zadar

The apartment had the extra things such as milk, sugar, bread that helps during a stay. Well located and clean.

Clean studio in a central location, everything is at hand! Patricija let us check-in earlier and was helpful with everything, the apartment was air conditioned when we came, she left some water and a bar of chocolate 🤎

Taking into account the studio is in a central location, it is a little noisy at night and early mornings. But as we were really busy with our schedules for attractions, we did not spend much time at the apartment (only came to sleep very tired both nights and off to go again in the mornings) so it wasn’t really big of a problem.

It's a cozy appartment at the best location of Zadar. Patricia was very kind and she answered all our concerns.

Near to everything

The noise

The location is perfect, you just have to walk across the road to get to the beach. There is a shop next door which means you can easily grab things for the day ahead. We managed to go on a boat trip that picked us up and dropped us off 3 minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment was quite dark which made putting makeup on tricky. It would be good to have more outside lighting coming into the apartment especially during the day.

The location was perfect. And the place was well equipped and clean

Location was perfect and the host was super helpful. Apartment was nice and modern, there was everything you would need during your stay

During night there was a noice coming from the restaurants nearby, but with earplugs it was ok!

The bathrooms are toooo small The shower was super cold while the sink was using hot water

The apartment is in the old town, the location couldn't be more perfect. It's near all restaurants/seaside. The apartment was very clean. The host was very kind to allow us early check in and we also were allowed to leave our bags on the day we were checking our, as our flight was later in the evening. The bed was very comfortable to my surprise, probably the most comfortable I've had at hotels/apartments in a long time.

If I have to be really picky, I would say that the place appeared a bit too dark for me, as I like a lot of daylight. But it could work to their benefit during summer to keep the apartment cool. So it's certainly not a negative point, it's just personal preference.
