It could do with fans in the rooms it gets hot even in Autumn.

What an amazing place to stay! We were amazed to receive an 'upgrade' to Flat 7, which was awesome. A 2 bed apartment, beautifully decorated to a very high standard, with an amazing luxury feel. The location is great, just off Millstone Lane, very close to restaurants, the university and the old part of Leicester. If back in the area, will definitely try and book again.

Initially we could not work the apartment door key code, so I called the contact number provided and left a voicemail. After chatting with someone else staying in the same building we figured it out, and I texted the contact to say 'panic over, we're in!' But I received no acknowledgement from them, which was disappointing. The fridge did not work in the apartment, we tried to get it going, but there is obviously a fault. As we were only there for 1 night it was fine, but this will need to be addressed in the future. The rules state that all rubbish should be taken with us and disposed of, however, we had no idea where to take it to! So it went in an outside bin (we did not park centrally so did not want to carry it round with us all day! If there was a bin/recycling store in the building we would have used it). Can you provide more info next time?

The location and the spaciousness of the apartment

Elevator is not available, though on 1st floor, it’s still a struggle with 5 big luggage. Towel and the pillow case have stains on them.

The location in in the city center and was close to everywhere we needed to go .5)4 staffs are also polite and the apartment is spacious.

Hmm. Nothing I can think of it wasn’t a bad place at all.

It’s a nice place in the city center and I love the design.

the only issues I will point out is the lack of a chopping board in the kitchen which isn’t that bad if you don’t cook a lot and the biggest issue for me is not having cleaning equipments in the apartment. However they do come in to clean but sometimes it takes a day or 2 so I had issues with the bin not always being taking out on time. However the issues I faced was mostly due to the fact that I love to cook .
