the owners' attitude needs to change, on one occasion when the door did not open I phoned him and he said "what must I do? You are the only one with a key. Does that mean that the cleaner enters via osmosis. The aircon in the lounge was leaking onto the couch. There was no hair dryer in the apartment. the cleaner came in on Monday 27th to clean, when I got back to the apartment there were only 2 clean dry towels, the rest of the towels were wet. When I asked about the towels she said she thought there were only 2 people in the apartment. I then informed her that I paid for 6 adults not 2. The towels were only changed again on the day before we left, which is ridiculous. The sheets in 1 room were stained The stools on the balconey were so rusty that we could not sit on them

Professional service and value for money

The Sea views very nice. Aircons in every room an excellent decision. All appliances needed available. Able to connect PS for kids another plus although Internet for the adult was none existent.

Kids bedroom too dark. You can’t even open the balcony because of the air con feature. The mini balcony with aircon future is not being cleaned at all and has become the bird home. The noise made by the birds noise disturbs the occupants of kids room.

Proximity to the malls and beach just a walking distance

1.Bed linen and towels not changed for my entire stay I booked for 5 days 2.Toilet papers were finished in the bathroom and not refilled as well for entire stay had to go to checkers at oceans malls .next I would be be happy if they attend to that.overall I'm happy will come back next time.
