The bathroom space is small as a wheelchair person

The apartment is spacious. we needed 3 rooms but ended up having the use of 2 rooms

There were birds nesting on the verandah next to the AC unit outside the 3rd bedroom. These birds not only made a noise all night but they made an aweful mess which led to an odour coming through into the room. This was reported to the head of the housekeeping service the next day who undertook to inform the owner of the problem. This was not done and when I contacted the owner he said nothing could be done until Monday and that was the day that I was checking out. It all of this there was not even an apology that came from the owner.

Location: The apartment was clean and comfortable.

There is a rat in the apartment. Maybe more than one. We just kept seeing one. There weren't any emergency lights for when there was load shedding. We were initially told that it wouldn't be supplied because people keep stealing it. We bought our own. 2 lights were eventually supplied 2 nights before we checked out. We were there for 6 nights. Maybe they should supply lights where the guests pay a deposit to take the lights and get the deposit back when they return it.

The location is great, and the apartment is also spacious and clean. We enjoy the nice view from the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean.

The service could've been better. Basic things like coffee, tea, and sugar will be appreciated. An emergency light and power backup on WiFi will be great, as load shedding is a common thing nowadays in South Africa.

Accommodation was good. tenants didn't make noise

surrounding areas. too busy and noisy. Music from nearest night clubs and construction, Cars revving all night

Property is well located to essential amities. Ocean view is out of this world.

We were not told, that they’ll be cleaning in the duration of check in.
