Rhodes To Serenity - Showmans Van

Fabulous and really cosy & relaxing. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The host was so friendly and welcoming. We had a great chat with him and he gave us some farm eggs to take home 😋. LOVED the wood burner. The shower block was spotless. Would highly recommend and would feel safe enough to go as a single female traveller too.

Bed was a bit of a squeeze.. but comfy!

The van, the surroundings, the care, the high quality of everything provided. It was really really good. I would recommend it. It would be a 10 but for the 2 things...

2 things. They don't provide towels and it's not on booking.coms listing that they don't. They really should provide a basic like that. Nevertheless, to their credit, they did give us some for our stay. However.. the showers. 🤦... The facilities are really great, toilets, washing area everything but the actual showers are woeful. Please fix this as if you did the place would be really amazing.

The hut was so cute, clean and well presented.

We stayed in the shepherds hut in the end which was a better location.

It was clean, well decorated, in a beautiful location, and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The log burner was good fun, very cozy and kept us warm all night (there’s also a heater if you’d rather just turn that on). They provided milk and 4 eggs from their farm, salt and pepper, tea/coffee, cutlery, plates, and a full kitchen (minus an oven, but there’s a microwave and hot plates). There was an Alexa so we could play music and ask about the weather whenever our phones couldn’t reach signal. Even though the facilities are shared, you can double lock the room so you can ensure your privacy, and they’re very clean and well equipped. They even had a hairdryer! There were supermarkets nearby that are open late. The bed was very comfortable with a lovely view, many pillows and a spare blanket. They also allowed us to explore the farm and meet all the animals which was my favourite part.
