Nicely laid out with AC in good condition

The location chiefly. My partner has limited mobility and it is not easily accessible from Vico which was not advertised. The property needs a deep clean and paint touch up as it’s looking a little shabby. The TV and WiFi don’t work. The shared kitchen was scruffy and very limited. For a bed and breakfast this was sub par.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo l'aiuto di Ivano che ci ha subito accompagnati alla stanza portandomi la valigia su per la salitina. La pulizia della camera e del bagno mi hanno fatta sentire subito sollevata (quando si va "in casa di altre persone" non si sa mai come la si può trovare) invece al Doneduà ho trovato proprio pulizia e ordine. Spero tanto di poterci tornare

Non è certo colpa dell'host, ma i posteggi sono un vero delirio, per fortuna che abbiamo avuto comprensione e aiuto da Ivano stesso e dalle persone del posto.

It was very clean. Quiet location

It would be nice to have a hook or two in the bathroom to hang the towels And/or in the room to hang a thing or two. There were some hangers in the closet, but a couple of wall hangers by the door would be a nice addition (especially that there is a lot of room🙂). The lock of the main doors to the apartment gets stuck, so it can be a bit treaky opening it.

2 minutes walk to the beach.

It’s a steep walk up the hill to shops and restaurants, though a bus does run in peak season

The host was very kind. Breakfast was mainly cake ( to note if you prefer alternatives to sweets for breakfast).

The property is listed as beachfront. This is misleading. The location is up some flights away from the beach. It has no water/ beach views from the accommodations. Upon voicing our discontent there was no option to cancel remaining days. .
