Good location close to city centre with on site parking.. Good bed. Helpful staff

Location was great for one night

Nothing really. Was a bit dated but that’s nothing bad.

The room was comfortable. Parking was available. Staff were friendly.

My door wouldn’t lock and even after staff tried to fix it it still wouldn’t lock. This made me feel a bit unsure about the stuff in my room being insecure when I’m out.

Perfect location for me. Nice good sized room with lovely big windows that could be opened. Very firm bed. Clean & pleasant.

Bathroom needs updating, poor shower (new/descaled head would help), surround hardly meets, toilet seat doesn't fit though I appreciate they constantly get broken if pubs are anything to go by. Only saw one member of staff on reception although there may be more around at breskfast which I'm not having.

Location. A big room, with a comfortable bed. Nice large shower.

omg I stayed here with my 2 bestmen my son's the night before my wedding the staff & management were si helpfull catering for all my needs & requirements exceptional definitely will be going here again thankyou

There was not any breakfast we had to go to a local Weatherspoon's for this. There are not any restaurants or cafes open close by it was at least 10 minute walk for myself with my heart condition. 5 minutes walk for anyone else.

Everything was as expected. We knew breakfast was not included in the price and parking was extra but very reasonable. it served our purpose to be close to the theatre. It is just a shame there are no cafes or restaurants in that area of the city.

I did not have any breakfast the location was very convenient for the railway station

the shower floor was a bit slippy
