Great central.location , lovely breakfast

Rooms are freezing ,

The room was clean and the beds comfy which is what you want. Some booming noise late evening but didn't stop us from getting a goodnights sleep. Staff were friendly and polite. I work in hospitality myself and would advise the hotel to put fitted protectors on the mattresses to help avoid staining. As my Mums mattress had a blood stain on which was covered up with a sheet folded, not ideal! I definitely would book again as the position was handy for all local amenities. Every thing was good, apart from not being clear on the private parking available, and it was a bit off putting when going into the car park as it was rather scruffy, uninviting and small.

The location was close to the New Theatre where we were watching a show. The rooms were clean and compact. The room was small and was quite hot but it had good air con so cooled quickly

The breakfast wasn’t that great. We were charged £12 per person for breakfast yet many of the menu choices were less than £10 each! Only offered 1 pillow per person so didn’t really have a comfortable nights sleep. Was fine for what we wanted which was 1 night near the theatre but anything else I would have been disappointed

Nei tre giorni in cui siamo stati in questo hotel non hanno mai pulito la stanza , né cambiato gli asciugamani o la carta igienica. Non c'era il mini frigo nonostante fosse indicato, la cassaforte era chiusa e non ce l'hanno aperta, la mattina presto non andava l'ascensore. Abbiamo parlato con il direttore che molto sgarbatamente ci ha detto che avendo preso una stanza da 4 persone avevamo già pagato meno del normale e di non lamentarsi per le mancanze dei servizi.

We arrived late Sunday night after another hotel let us down. They were very sympathetic and gave us a room without booking in advance. Staff were very friendly, the room was good, heating perfect for the cold weather. Perfect city centre location for easy reach to every thing you need.

The price when we arrived was super expensive compared to Booking .com. I had to mess about on my phone to book a room at reception, It would have been great if reception could have price matched? Was strange for me.

Great location for the City and the Old Town.

Heating wasn't the best!
