The closeness to the ocean, the price and the swimming pool. The property was closer to the airport, but further from the main attractions.

We liked everything

The apartment is on the 14th floor with a great view of the ocean. The place is clean and you have facilities like you would have at home. The bed is comfortable. There is a reception as a place to drop your stuff and to give an extra feeling of safety.

My biggest issue was with the host. After our stay, he asked us to review this place ONLY if we were to give it a 10. I find this incredibly unprofessional. He then showed me screenshots of other reviewers (as a manipulation tactic?). He was a bit excentric when we were there too, but that's okay. Minor other points: The shower is quite weak and because the host insists on only turning on the boiler if you need hot water, it can take up to an hour for hot water to come out. The pool upstairs is only cold water unfortunately.
